About us

A filing desk, not a funnel.

Company formation attracts a lot of businesses that are very good at selling and less interested in filing. We built the opposite: a small team of specialists, transparent government fees, and a habit of talking people out of purchases.

How we operate

Four commitments, written down.

These are not values on a wall. Each one costs us money, which is roughly how you can tell they are real.

01

The government fee is the government's

Every state filing fee, IRS charge and USPTO fee is passed through at exactly what it costs. We show it as its own line so you can always see what went to an agency and what went to us. Marking up a public fee is the oldest trick in this industry and we do not do it.

02

We will tell you not to buy something

A large share of what this industry sells to non-resident founders is unnecessary. If your state has no annual report, we will not sell you the filing. If your structure does not need an ITIN, we will say so before you pay for one — even though it is our most profitable single service.

03

Renewals are printed, not buried

Every recurring price appears on the plan before you buy, on the receipt after you buy, and in an email 30 days before it charges. Cancelling takes one click. Nobody has to email a retention team to leave.

04

A human reads every filing

Automated formation is fast right up until the state rejects your name or your registered agent block is malformed. A specialist reviews every submission against the state's current rules before it is filed, and fixes any rejection at our cost rather than yours.

Who it is for

Find yourself in this list.

The right answer depends far more on how you trade than on which provider you pick. Here is what we would actually recommend.

Selling online, living abroad

You need an entity, an EIN without an SSN, and a way to take card payments. Wyoming or New Mexico for the filing, then banking and Stripe. This is the case we built Pro Connect around.

Freelancing for U.S. clients

A single-member LLC is usually enough, and you probably do not need the ITIN somebody tried to sell you. We will tell you which of the two applies before you pay for either.

Raising venture capital

A Delaware C-Corp with clean bylaws, a real stock ledger and your 83(b) checklist. It costs more to run than an LLC, and it removes weeks of argument with an investor's counsel.

Trading with a U.S. footprint

Premises, staff or stock in a state means forming in that state. We will talk you out of the cheap-state strategy if it would just mean paying two sets of fees.

Already formed somewhere else

Move your registered agent to us for free, hand us the compliance calendar, or buy a single filing. There is no requirement to have formed through us.

Clients

What clients say once the filing lands.

I had been quoted eleven weeks by another provider. Corpation filed my Wyoming LLC on a Tuesday and the EIN letter was in my vault before the end of the month. The bank introduction is what actually made the difference.
Amara Okonkwo
Founder, cross-border logistics · Lagos, Nigeria · Wyoming LLC
What I appreciated most was being told what I did not need. They talked me out of an ITIN I would not have used and saved me two hundred and fifty dollars in the first conversation.
Diego Marchetti
Independent software consultant · Lisbon, Portugal · New Mexico LLC
We converted to a Delaware C-Corp two weeks before our seed round. The cap table and board consents came back clean enough that our investor's counsel had zero comments. That never happens.
Priya Raghunathan
Co-founder & CEO · Bengaluru, India · Delaware C-Corp
My previous agent forwarded a state notice six weeks late and my company went delinquent. Since moving, every document is scanned the same day and the deadlines just show up in my calendar.
Marcus Bell
Owner, e-commerce brand · Austin, Texas · Texas LLC
Stripe rejected me twice on my own. They rewrote the business description, fixed the entity name mismatch, and it was approved in four days.
Sofia Lindqvist
Founder, DTC skincare · Stockholm, Sweden · Florida LLC
The Form 5472 obligation was news to me and would have been a twenty-five thousand dollar problem. They caught it in the onboarding call, not in an audit letter.
Yusuf Al-Rashid
Managing partner · Dubai, UAE · Delaware LLC
