The requirement and its scope have changed more than once since 2024 through rulemaking and litigation. We check the rule in force on the day we file and tell you plainly if your company is out of scope — in which case we do not charge you for it.

An updated report is due within 30 days of the change. Updates are included free for twelve months on any BOI filing we handle.
