Answers, without the sales pitch.
The questions below cover about nine out of ten conversations we have. Service-specific questions live on each service page.

Real people, in hours rather than days. Tell us what the business does and where you live, and you will get a specific answer rather than a brochure.

Yes. There is no citizenship or residency requirement to own a U.S. LLC or C-Corporation. You do not need a visa, a U.S. address of your own, or a Social Security Number. We provide the registered agent address, obtain your EIN without an SSN, and include a U.S. business address in every package, with banking, Stripe and your ITIN on the Pro tiers.
The package price is what you pay us. On top of it sits the fee your chosen state charges to accept the filing — set by the government, not by us, and passed through at cost with no markup. State fees range from $35 in Montana to $500 in Massachusetts. The exact figure for your state is shown in the checkout summary before you pay anything.
If you have a physical presence somewhere — an office, employees, inventory or a storefront — form in that state; forming elsewhere just means registering twice. If you operate entirely online, Wyoming and New Mexico are cheapest to maintain, and Delaware is the standard if you expect to raise venture capital. Our state comparison shows the true first-year and ongoing cost side by side.
Our work takes hours. The rest is the state: Wyoming, Delaware and Colorado typically approve within 1–3 business days, while Arizona and Maine can take two weeks. Every state's current turnaround is published on our pricing page, and rush filing is available where the state offers an expedited channel.

No. We are a document filing and business services company. We prepare and file documents at your direction and explain how the process works, but we do not provide legal or tax advice and no attorney-client relationship is created. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a licensed attorney or CPA — we are happy to refer you.
Your stamped state documents, EIN letter and agreement pack go into your document vault. From Plus Connect up you also get a compliance calendar with every recurring deadline already loaded, and alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days. Those tiers then move to banking — a Payoneer, Nsave or Grey account on the Connect packages, a fintech business bank account on Plus and Pro — followed by Stripe, and PayPal on the Pro tiers.
Yes, with a clear line. If we have not yet submitted your filing to the state, cancel for a full refund of our service fee. Once the state has the filing, government fees are non-refundable because the state does not return them — but our service fee is still refundable for 30 days if we got something wrong. Full detail is in our refund policy.
No. Every renewal price is printed on the plan before you buy: registered agent is $119/yr, U.S. business address is $149/yr, compliance suite is $99/yr. We email you 30 days before any renewal, and you can cancel from your dashboard in one click.
