Only the banking route. A Connect package opens a payment platform account — Payoneer, Nsave or Grey — which approves in days and works from almost anywhere, and it costs $150 less. A standard package opens a real U.S. fintech business bank account in the company's name, with its own routing and account number. Underwriting is stricter and takes longer, but some suppliers, marketplaces and lenders will only deal with a genuine bank account. Everything else in the two tiers is identical.
The amount the Secretary of State charges to accept your formation document. It is set by the state, not by us, and ranges from $35 in Montana to $500 in Massachusetts. We collect it and pass 100% of it on. It appears as a separate line on your receipt.
Registered agent ($119/yr), U.S. business address ($149/yr) and the compliance suite ($99/yr) renew annually so your company does not silently lapse. We email you 30 days before each renewal, and you can turn any of them off with one click in your dashboard.

No. Our pricing is identical whether you live in Ohio or Osaka. The Pro packages cost more because they contain more — ITIN, banking, PayPal and the business guide — not because of where you live.
If the rejection is our error, we correct and refile at our cost, including the state's re-filing fee. If it is because the information you gave us was inaccurate, we fix it for free and you only cover the state's fee to resubmit.
